Didascalie Demi-Sec is a lighted lemon yellow-coloured champagne with pale yellow green glints.

Nose

Didascalie Demi-Sec has a subtle aroma, conjuring up opening notes of lemon, verbena, apple, preserved pear and white peach. The champagne then develops fragrances of acacia honey, jasmine, frosty mint, dandelion, blackberry and plum highlighted by a handful of infusion notes.

Fragrances

On the palate, Didascalie Demi-Sec develops a voluptuous, mellow body underpinned by lemony acidity. The mid-palate is succulent, wonderfully balanced between mentholated freshness and a firmly embedded liqueur. The finish brings in more opulence, melting in the mouth and marked by the persistent presence of frosty mint, introducing a sensation of biting freshness.
