Colour

Pavane is a delicately hued champagne, the pale yellow gold colour highlighted by deep green yellow glints.

Nose

Pavane’s aroma reveals notes of hazelnut, lemon cream, almond and roasting. The champagne gradually unfurls, delivering notes of biscuit, blackberry, strawberry and Sichuan pepper.

Fragrances

On the palate, a supple and fresh texture goes hand in hand with a creamy, well-blended effervescence. Pavane boasts a voluptuous, fruity body underpinned by lemony acidity. The mid-palate is marked by a sand-and-clay minerality that gives it a supple structure, salinity and opulence. Reserve wines provide added aromatic expansion and patina. The melting finish is accessible and fruity, seasoned by a modest array of spicy accents.
